Where the Wild Things Are

Where the Wild Things Are

Wild greens contain large amounts of nutrients that we call phytochemicals, in order to protect themselves from adverse environmental conditions, enemies and diseases. These nutrients matter. We are seeing more and more in our research that they affect human metabolism. By eating these greens, we also benefit greatly. They protect us against viruses, bacteria and cancer.
