– Don’t eat anything your great grandmother wouldn’t recognize as food.
– Avoid food products that are unfamiliar or unpronounceable.
– Don’t eat anything incapable of rotting.
– Cook and if you can, plant a garden
– Get out of the supermarket whenever possible.
– Serve smaller portions on smaller plates.
– Eat slowly. Eat deliberately.
– Try not to eat alone.
